Jennifer Simpson

Jennifer describes herself as a Transition Architect, a builder of institutions, systems, and people.

A 30-year operations executive, Jennifer's career has spanned hospitality, healthcare administration, medical and behavioral research, leadership and management consulting, call center operations, and hotel builds and management, as well as technology platform training and upgrades, including a joint-venture build across China and the Philippines. Few people have led through so many kinds of change, in so many kinds of organization.

Throughout, the work has been the same: lead the people, and build the systems and governance that let an organization grow without losing its integrity. It is a discipline she now brings to the moment every leader is living through, helping them understand and adopt AI responsibly, and keep human judgment at the center of it.

She is a Certified AI Auditor and Certified AI Professional, with AI credentials from Oxford and Vanderbilt, qualified to assess AI systems for technical robustness, ethical soundness, and alignment with recognized governance standards and frameworks. She has a knack for holding the bigger picture while staying focused on the task in front of her.

Her foundation is equal parts rigor and range: a Georgetown Executive MBA, an Oxford Saïd diploma in Organizational Leadership with Distinction, a doctorate in business administration underway at Babson College, and earlier years as a published research fellow at the National Institutes of Health. She serves as an external auditor of the Oxford Union and as a facilitator for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
